The Office of Concurrent Enrollment and CTE is seeking a dedicated student worker to assist with data processing and clerical duties, including:

  • Supporting admissions and registration processes for students, parents, and secondary education partners
  • Daily monitoring of email and other correspondence
  • Updating rosters and spreadsheets
  • Budget tracking and grant oversight
  • Scheduling advising appointments for CE students
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and Google Workspace
  • Capacity to work in teams and interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
